What is bamboo fiber fabric?

The widespread use of bamboo is well known, but it has been used in the field of clothing in recent years. The fiber processed from bamboo is called bamboo fiber, and the bamboo fiber is divided into two categories;

  1. Natural bamboo fiber - bamboo fiber

  Bamboo fibrils are natural bamboo fibers obtained by a combination of physical and chemical methods. Bamboo fibrils are a brand-new natural fiber. They are natural bamboo fibers obtained by a combination of physical and chemical methods. Natural bamboo fibrils are essentially different from bamboo pulp fibers. Bamboo fibrils are natural fibers, and bamboo pulp fibers are chemical fibers. . The successful development of bamboo fibrils marks the birth of another natural fiber, which is in line with the national industrial development policy. Natural bamboo fibrils have good properties such as moisture absorption, air permeability, antibacterial and antibacterial, deodorization and UV protection.

  2. Chemical bamboo fiber

  Chemical bamboo fibers include bamboo pulp fibers and bamboo charcoal fibers.

  Bamboo pulp fiber: Bamboo pulp fiber is a kind of pulp made from bamboo, then the pulp is made into pulp and then wet-spun into fiber. The manufacturing process is basically similar to that of glue. However, the natural characteristics of the bamboo were destroyed during the processing, and the deodorizing, antibacterial and anti-ultraviolet functions of the fiber were significantly reduced.

  Bamboo charcoal fiber: It is a fiber product which is selected from nanometer bamboo charcoal powder and added into viscose spinning solution through special process and then weaved by similar conventional spinning process. Bamboo charcoal fiber preparation process: bamboo carbonization (heating old bamboo material to 450~550 °C for carbonization, and then high temperature carbonization, that is, after the above low temperature carbonization project, the charcoal is heated again to 800~900 °C for continuous treatment)→ Bamboo charcoal Activated (the bamboo charcoal after the above two kinds of heat treatment is sprayed, and the bamboo charcoal is rapidly cooled and fired. At this time, due to the physical and chemical action of water, the bamboo charcoal produces a complex porous structure, and the surface area is increased several times, thereby greatly improving the absorbing ability. The activated bamboo charcoal has a high density of tissue bonding and is extremely hard. The carbon rate can reach 85% or more. → The pulverization of bamboo charcoal (the activated activated bamboo charcoal is pulverized to produce sub-nanometer bamboo charcoal powder) →Disperse evenly (mix the bamboo charcoal powder into the original pulp such as polyester or viscose and stir it to make it evenly dispersed in the puree)→Spinning (from the puree, through the spinning equipment, extract the long bamboo powder containing powder) Silk, can also be cut into cotton or wool staple fiber, medium and long fiber, etc. as needed to produce bamboo charcoal fiber)

  3, bamboo fiber woven fabric

  The traditional textile industry, mostly made of cotton, wool, hemp, chemical fiber, etc., has been stuck in this form for many years, which has seriously restricted the development of the Chinese textile market. With the improvement of people's living standards and environmental changes, the emergence of bamboo fiber is a revolution in traditional textiles. Bamboo fiber, with health as a fresh consumer appeal, has awakened consumers a new round of consumer enthusiasm, and integrated the underwear market, bedding market, bamboo mat market, home apparel market, towel market, etc., to implement diversified development. Bamboo fiber products do not have a shelf life, which everyone needs, is a repeated consumer goods, and the operating capital is small, the investment can be large or small, the sales technology is low, easy to operate, and the market risk is small. With the continuous pursuit of the concepts of health, ecology and environmental protection, the bamboo fiber industry has a good consumption growth space and broad development prospects. In the fiercely competitive and promising home textile market, blindly following the old system will only limit more opportunities for success. Bamboo fiber, a green product brand based on ecological products, has jumped out of the vicious competition of traditional home textiles, and the other way of rumoring it will become the new growth point of output value of the home textile industry in the future.
